Hobart Deli opened in October 2010 and has since then become a much loved busy little community hub, café and food store.
Renovated by owner, artist Waldemar Kolbusz http://www.kolbusz.com.au the heritage listed old derelict corner store now has a quirky, homely feel with milk bottles hanging from the ceiling and a 50 tonka truck pile-up.
Coffee is a unique robust blend by Crema.
Food is prepared daily with only very high standard produce, sourced locally where possible. All eggs and meat including bacon is free-range.
